Job Information

PART TIME.  3-4 hours per day.  Flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

DUTIES:  Provide timely and quality IT support to mostly non-technical end users in a manufacturing business environment.  Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware, software, network applications, and operating system.  Assist with tracking of IT assets and maintenance of internal employee facing documentation.  Provide training to end users in the use of computer hardware, software, and related systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:  2+ years of school, help-desk or similar environment handling the installation and troubleshooting of computer work stations, networks, and related systems required.  Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server and how to do basic troubleshooting required.  You must be a self-motivated individual with good communication skills able to work in a team environment and committed to providing quality customer service to end users.
