FULL-TIME. 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Arrowhead Dental Laboratory is a leading provider of restorative and cosmetic dentistry in the dental industry. We are seeking a candidate with dental implant experience to support our talented team of doctors and technicians. The Implant Support Specialist will evaluate incoming implant cases by reviewing doctor prescriptions and assessing bites, occlusion, and overall case design. This role identifies implant systems and connections, recommends and selects appropriate implant components, and orders necessary parts. The position works closely with doctors and the laboratory team to provide technical guidance, clarify prescriptions, and help ensure predictable, high-quality implant restorations.
Duties
- Read and interpret handwritten and digital doctor prescriptions.
- Evaluate implant cases for bite, occlusion, and restorative design.
- Identify implant systems, platforms, and compatible components.
- Recommend and select appropriate implant parts and solutions.
- Order implant components as needed for case completion.
- Communicate directly with dentists and doctors to provide technical support.
- Act as a liaison between clinicians and laboratory technicians.
Qualifications
- Working ability to read handwritten and typed English required.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of dental terminology, dental anatomy, occlusion, restorative materials, and dental lab fabrication processes.
- Must have a working knowledge of standard implant systems, implant parts, and their related applications.
- Must have at least one to two years of implant-related experience.
- Good verbal communication skills required.
- Attention to detail is critical.
