Title DOCTOR RELATIONS REP (ACCOUNT REP)

Job Information

FULL-TIME.  8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.   Monday – Friday.

Duties: Work with assigned doctors providing quality communication and support with laboratory cases, continuing education needs, and other dental products and services available through Arrowhead. Occasionally attend and provide support at continuing education meetings.

Qualifications: 2+ years chairside, customer relations, or related experience with working knowledge of dental terminology and basic restorative-dentistry concepts required (occlusion, shades, contacts, margins, etc.).  Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with a workable personality and high-energy work ethic. Must enjoy interacting with people and feel comfortable conversing with dentists and staff.  Working knowledge of MS Word and basic desktop computer skills required.

Title MODEL TECHNICIAN (Will train!)

Job Information

FULL-TIME.   8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   Monday – Friday.  Possible overtime Wednesday through Friday.

Duties: Read handwritten doctor prescriptions.  By hand, mix specified amounts of various types of plaster with water to form compounds used for model preparation.  Pour wet plaster material into preformed dental impressions.  Grind, drill, pin, and cut working models using hand tools and power equipment.  Set models into occlusion and attach models to an articulation device.

Qualifications: Working ability to read handwritten English.  Good manual dexterity with both hands required.  Experience working with hand tools such as a dremel, drill, saw, grinders and similar equipment preferred. Able to grasp and hold objects ranging in size from a small pin to a standard-sized softball.  Able to move hands, fingers, and wrists in free repetitive motion required to mix materials and accomplish other assigned job duties.  Able to work with and around plaster materials, chemicals (glue, separator, etc.), acrylic, water, and other lab materials without allergic or other adverse physical reaction.  Able to work overtime as necessary.  Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
