PART-TIME.   2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.   Monday – Friday.

Duties:  This is a light-weight shipping position in which you will pack, scan, label, and sort dental cases for shipment.  Prepare packing materials for shipping process.  May perform light steaming of dental models prior to shipment.

Qualifications:  Must be at least 18 years of age.  Working ability to read handwritten English required. Good manual dexterity with both hands.  Able to grasp and hold objects ranging in size from a small pin to a standard-sized softball.  Able to move hands, fingers, and wrists in free repetitive motion.  Able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.  You must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Schedule:  7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Monday – Friday.

Duties:  Perform denture set up on full and partial denture cases while backing up waxing, repairs and other removable functions in a thriving commercial denture laboratory.

Qualifications: Must have a strong working knowledge of all phases of removable prosthetics including setting up, waxing, finishing, relines, and repairs with orthodontic experience helpful. Implant experience preferred.  Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Removables Designer to join our innovative dental technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design for dental prosthetics, with expertise in CAD/CAM software, laboratory techniques, and removable prosthodontics. As a Digital Removables Designer, you will be responsible for creating precise, customized removable-appliance designs using advanced digital tools, ensuring optimal fit, function, and aesthetics for patients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge dental restoration solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in patient care and technical innovation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with dental lab team members to interpret clinical data and patient-specific requirements.
• Design removable dentures and other appliances using 3Shape software.
• Set up 3D print jobs on Carbon printers.
• Scan physical models and dentures.
• Create and print physical models using 3Shape and Meshmixer.
• Cure, seat, tap in and label appliances.
• Print denture bases and bond teeth to bases.
• Perform quality control of all digital removable cases before passing off to finish.
• Oversee digital removable backstock and submit orders for purchasing as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive medical documentation and records related to each case, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols.
• Stay current with advancements in CAD/CAM technology, dental fabrication methods, and digital dentistry trends to continually enhance design quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3+ years in a removable dental lab environment required.
• Proven experience in digital design for removable dental prosthetics on any platform (3Shape, Exocad, or similar) required.
• Working knowledge of dental morphology, dental occlusion, and dental lab fabrication processes and equipment required.
• Experience with implant systems and prosthodontics helpful.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret clinical data accurately and translate it into precise digital designs.
• Must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with dental lab coworkers on case-related matters.
