Arrowhead Dental Laboratory is open and fully operational at this time.


If your office is closed please contact your Doctor Relations Representative and provide us with your alternative delivery instructions for cases currently in production.

A Message from Chris Barnes, President and CEO

Dear Arrowhead Customers,

During this time of unprecedented uncertainty related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Arrowhead, like most businesses, is attempting to deal with the outbreak by following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control ( CDC) while continuing to service our customer’s needs.
At present we are implementing our business continuity plan designed to ensure operations continue in a safe manner as set forth by local and national authorities. Arrowhead’s management team has put the following measures in place:

  • Working Remotely: Where appropriate we have team members working from home and will continue to expand this option to meet safety and business requirements.
  • Social Distancing: Rotating shifts have been implemented to reduce the number of people in a single location and to separate people in common departments and teams as much as possible.
  • Disinfection: We have expanded our disinfection protocols to ensure that all inbound and outbound restorations are as sanitized as possible. We would also ask that dental offices sending cases to Arrowhead adhere to similar precautions when sending cases to the lab.

As this situation evolves we will continue to support dental practices with their case needs and we are available to answer any questions you might have related to everything from ongoing cases to practice management concerns.
