Arrowhead pays for the shipping to and from your office using UPS Next Day Air in USA and Canada
- Complete the prescription slip.
- Place the impression(s), bites and study models in the Arrowhead boxes that are provided then place a foam pad on top of the items in the box.
- Put the perscription slip on top of the foam pad and close the box.
- Please secure the box with tape and place it in a UPS Express Pak. (Two of our boxes fit nicely in each UPS Pak.)
- When sending more than one UPS Express Pak, please tape bags together and use only one airbill per day. Whole package should not exceed 1 cubic foot or 2 pounds.
- Attach Arrowhead's preprinted airbill on the bag. If you need more preprinted airbills call Arrowhead, not UPS, so
you are not billed. Special services available but not covered by Arrowhead are:
- Declared value/insurance.
- Saturday pick up.
- 10:30 a.m. or earlier delivery services.
